We want you to love everything you get from FizzCandy! If your order wasn’t a total match made in heaven, we’re here to help. 💖

 

💫 Returns Made Easy

You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to send it back if:

  • It’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (tags still on, pls!).

  • It’s not a custom or personalized item (those are made just for you and can’t be returned unless there’s a defect 😢).

     

🔄 How to Send It Back

  1. Email us at mila.bartos@gmail.com to get a return authorization.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label 📩.

  3. Pack up your item and stick the label on the outside.

  4. Drop it off and you're done! 🎯

     

💵 Refund Details

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we get your return.

  • Shipping fees aren’t refunded (unless it’s our bad), and we may deduct the return shipping cost unless we goofed.

     

🚨 Got a Mess-Up?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days. We’ll:

  • Send you a prepaid return label 💌

  • Either replace the item or give you a full refund—your choice!

 

🚫 A Few No-Go’s

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or final sale items

  • Items damaged or altered by you (oops!)
